hershel's secret

A day has passed and Carl wakes up, Lori and I are so happy to see him up again he doesn't even know he was shot. I went to Hershel to ask him if we can stay in the barn, but he said no that's where we keep the dead ones. I'm scared knowing that there is a barn full of walkers next to us. i told him we've been killing them and he gets really mad at me. Then I understand why, his son is in there and he couldn't bear to kill him. The next day we were doing some target practice and i saw one walker, i was about to shoot it but Hershel stopped me. I distracted the walker while he grabbed him from behind, he then opened the barn door and a walker pushes the door open knocking Hershel down and letting all the walkers out. his oldest son Arnold went to help him but he got bitten. Hershel's eldest daughter lacy went to go help but she got surrounded by walkers and was torn lib from limb

Hershel's farm

I got to the farm where the owner took Carl into the house and immediately started to help him. Tyreese told Lori and the rest of the group what happened and where we were. When they got there Lori ran into my arms crying, then the owner came out telling us that he patched Carl up as best as he could. I thanked him so much and he told me his name was Hershel and that he would let us stay at the farm as long as Carl is getting better.

Help!

We've been on the road for a week and we are running out of supplies fast, most of the stores are raided of food and supplies. Tyreese, Carl and I decide to go hunting for food, i think i hear something up ahead. I hear a gunshot go off and i see Carl fall to the ground, he was shot by another hunter i was so mad i almost killed him right there but Tyreese noticed Carl was still breathing. The hunter told me he lives with a guy who can help my son, a doctor i hope he can help us.

The next morning we split up into groups to search the houses to look for canned goods, first aid kits and to make sure this place is secure. I went to the RV parked outside of the community to get Tyreese a gun when all of a sudden a sign caught my eye it said "all dead do not enter" i immediately started to panic and i ran back in but it was too late. Donna was bitten by a walker, her husband Allen shot his gun which alerted all nearby walkers and not too long the street was crawling with walkers. We all got in the RV safely, we had to move on.

finding refuge

We head out the next morning in search of a bigger shelter than the cramped RV. along the way we see many houses but most of them have been burned down or infested with walkers. I was about to give up hope on finding a place to stay, then i saw it a gated community named Wiltshire Estates. It looked deserted, me and Tyreese went to go check out the first few houses. We checked the basement and two walkers attacked me, i managed to kill the first walker but the other one was still trying to bite me. Tyreese came to my rescue and tackled the other walker and killed him for me. That night we decided to sleep in the first house it was a lot less crowded than dales RV.

After we buried Shane, we started to pack up because its not safe to be next to the city. we drive all day until night fall, a car is blocking our way so we get out and push it. we start hearing a noise and see three figures walking towards us, they were alive. we offered them a ride, some food and a place to sleep. we camped along the road that night, and Lori pulled me aside to tell me that shes pregnant.

the death of shane

I wake up the next morning and I'm going hunting with Shane. Carl asks if he can go but i tell him no, because me and Shane need to talk. I told him it was a bad idea to stay this close to the city, then he punched me in the face. Lori comes over and scratches Shane across the face, he then storms off into the woods so i decide to follow him. when i catch up to him he points a gun at me, saying "everything was going to be perfect until i showed up". I beg him not to shoot me then i heard a gunshot, Carl shot Shane in the neck. He runs up to me crying saying "its not the same as killing the dead ones daddy"

death is upon us

The next morning we buried Amy, we all mourned. Her sister Andrea was really upset because she lost all of her family. Jim is getting worse and worse each day, he is hot to the touch i think he might be turning into one of those things but I'm hoping he wont. Shane, Carl and I went out into the woods to go hunting for food. Shane and I start arguing about what happened last night, i told him staying close to the city was a bad idea but he believes the army is going to save all of us eventually. Jim wanted us to leave him far out in the woods to die, so he could reunite with his family that he lost.
